Boire un livre - tote bag

This is the second edition of our 'boire un livre’ tote bags. The first batch were made in French-language only. The second batch, now available to purchase, are in French and Japanese (recto-verso).

Boire un livre (to drink a book) is the name of a painting by close friend, artist and collaborator Arpäis Du Bois, who kindly shared this title with Bruno Devos at Stockmans Art Books to use for our motto as printed matter and art book lovers.

The Japanese-language was added to the bag for Tokyo Art Book Fair 2023 that we participated in.

With every book sold at a book market, the client would receive a tote bag. With a lot of requests to buy, we have now made them available on our webshop. Want to buy  a book? Then you get a free bag with every purchase over 50 Euros of art books.
